Returns policy

Returns Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Credo tags and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please email customercare@credomen.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Credo tags. 
* Please Note: There will be NO refund for items in FINAL SALE (50% discount or up)

Clothing
Credo Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Underwear & Swimwear
Purchased Credo underwear & swimwear should be tried on over underwear.

Bags & Acc
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Shoes
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Exchange
Credo offers one free exchange per product per customer. Free exchange is limited to ONE Exchange for the same product in another size or colour. If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right please contact us at customercare@credomen.com to check if your replacement size or colour is in stock. We wil provide you with the nessecary Free Exchange document.

We will exchange only when the wrong size or colour article has been returned to Credo. If you would like to exchange an item for another model, brand or product the mentioned return policy below will apply.

Returns
All items returned should have a Returning document included, make sure that you use the returning adres sticker that is included with the package. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure that you keep the Track & Trace number when sending your package at your post-office.


* Please Note: Refund is initiated within 1 week.
* Please Note: During fourteen calendar days, the consumer has the possibility to terminate the agreement without stating reasons. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
